Products, Descriptions & Accuracy
We take care to describe every product on the Website as accurately as possible, including its ingredients, sizes, prices, and usage instructions. Photographs are intended as a faithful representation, but minor variations in packaging, shade, fragrance intensity, or texture may occur between production batches, or as a result of your device’s display settings. These variations are not considered defects.
All products are cosmetic preparations intended for external use only. They are not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any skin condition or illness. We always recommend a patch test before first use.
Pricing & Availability
All prices on the Website are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless stated otherwise. Prices and promotional offers may change at any time, without prior notice, up until the moment an order is confirmed. Once an order is confirmed at a particular price, that price is final for that order.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product that may be purchased per customer, per household, or per order. In the rare event of a pricing error that is obvious and unmistakable, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order on the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. Our acknowledgement of your order does not, by itself, constitute acceptance of your offer. A contract of sale between you and Essence Era is formed only when we confirm that your order has been dispatched, through a shipping confirmation email or message.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch — for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, unverified billing information, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, shipping restrictions to a given pin code, or any ongoing violation of these Terms. In such cases, any amount already paid will be refunded in full to your original method of payment.
Payment
We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout, which may include credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on select pin codes. All online payments are processed by our third-party payment service providers, under their own secure infrastructure. Essence Era does not store your full card or banking credentials on its own servers.
You confirm that any payment instrument used by you is legitimately your own (or that you have the legal right to use it), and that sufficient funds or credit are available to complete the transaction.
Shipping, Returns & Cancellations
The dispatch, delivery, cancellation, and return of orders placed through the Website are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Return & Cancellation Policy, both of which form an integral part of these Terms. Please review them carefully before placing an order.

User Content
