Who this Policy applies to

This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, users, and customers of www.essenceera.in (the “Website”) operated by Essence Era (“we,” “us,” or “our”), whose registered place of business is at SSA, F Block, Jain Park, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi, India. It also applies when you interact with us over email, WhatsApp, or our official social channels.

This Policy has been prepared in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules framed under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

a.  Information you give us directly

  •  Your full name, email address, mobile number, and shipping address, when you create an account or place an order.
  •  Billing information and payment details, collected securely by our third-party payment service providers. We do not store your complete card details on our servers.
  •  Communications you send us, including support queries, reviews, feedback, and survey responses.
  •  Preferences you share with us — fragrance choices, product interests, skin concerns — when you provide them.

b.  Information we collect automatically

  • Technical information, such as your IP address, device type, browser type and version, operating system, and screen resolution.
  • Usage information, including the pages you visit on the Website, the products you view, the time spent on each page, and how you arrived at the Website.

c.  Information from third parties

  •  Where applicable, we may receive limited information from the marketplaces through which you purchase our products (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or JioMart), strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
  • We may receive aggregated or anonymised analytics data from advertising and analytics partners, such as Meta and Google, to understand how our campaigns perform.
